Hooray I'm 6 months old!!!!

I can't believe I am already half way through my first year. I still remember being inside Mommy's belly wondering what the heck was on the outside. Now I have seen, done, and learned so many new things! I can roll over from my belly to my back and back again. I scooch on my belly and get up on all fours like I am going to crawl any time now. I can sit up on my own for a litle bit but I usually topple over. I have many new sounds and have certainly found my voice box!!! I am weighing in at 17 1/2 pounds! Hope you enjoy the pictures!

A Family Affair as Aunt Sarah Turns 30!

I had a great time celebrating my Aunt Sarah's 30th birthday last weekend. I got to visit with so many people like Grammy and Grandpa, my great Aunts Jackie and Merilee, my great Uncle Jeff, and my great-grandma too! We played with toys, took walks, ate veggies, talked, and took millions of pictures! Thank you to everyone for making the trip to Texas...it sure was fun to see some of you again and to meet some of you for the first time!

Movin' on to the good stuff!

I gave cereal and oatmeal my best shot and could never really acquire a taste for it. I said adios to that mushy stuff and moved on to the good stuff...sweet potatoes and squash!

My mommy and daddy put together my big boy chair and I got to eat dinner at the table with them last night. It was lots of fun!

I had my first slumber party at Nana's over the weekend! Mommy and Daddy got to have a whole night to themselves and even got to sleep in the next morning. I guess they deserved it! Thanks to Nana and Grandpa for watching me and playing with me. I can't wait to see you again in 2 weeks!

Enjoy the pics from the weekend!

This doesn't taste like Fruity Pebbles!

Here are some snapshots of me trying rice cereal for the first time. It was not my favorite of tastes...maybe I will just stick with milk for now! I went for my 4 month check-up on Friday. I weigh 15 lbs and now I'm 27 inches long!!! It won't be long before mommy and daddy feed me fruits and veggies....yummy!!!

Labor Day Weekend

Well, my Labor day sure was exciting. I went to my first college football game and in typical TCU fashion I didn't manage to actually see the game. Mom and I hung out at the tailgate all game and enjoyed snacks and cold drinks. We also saw a lot of friends and just hung out a little bit and checked out what was going on.
The next morning we went to the lake. My Dad's friend Brad has a house on Cedar Creek lake and we left early Sunday morning and stayed out there for Labor Day. I really enjoyed being at the lake even though Mom wouldn't let me get on the boat I still had fun hanging out with everyone. Dad says he's gonna teach me to wakeboard next time we go. Here are some pictures of my exciting weekend.
Here's me and mom hanging out at the tailgate party.
Here's my mom's friends Blythe and Angie. That little guy is one of my good friends, his name is Charlie Bulaich.
Hanging out at the lake with Mom and Dad. I really wanted to go skiing but dad says he'll take me next time.
Mom and I are relaxing on the dock at the Lake. We got some sun and took a nap - it was basically the best ever.
Here's me and Dad after he got back from skiing. I can't wait to learn to ski too.
I took this picture of my Dad hanging out with his friend Brad. We had such a fun time.
Here's my Dad's friend Aaron with his son Greyson. Greyson was so big, I can't believe how fast he would go on the Jet-Skis. He even skied a little bit like the big guys. One day, I'll be as big as Greyson.
Here's my Mom and Dad going out on the boat. They left me behind at the house with my new girlfriend...Shelley.
