Tis the Season!!!

It brings me the utmost joy to see Christmas through the eyes of a child.  This has to be one of the best feelings I have had as a mama!  Maddon has been such a joy to be around and is beside himself for Santa to arrive!  We have enjoyed decorating 2 Christmas trees with the kids, hanging Christmas lights outside was a highlight for Maddon because he got to climb on Daddy's big ladder.  We took Maddon to have a pancake breakfast with Santa at the Grapevine fire department and there he got to see Santa depart in a helicopter!  His eyes were as big as saucers!  We had our Christmas card pictures taken at Nash Farms on one of the coldest, windiest days so far, but Cathie still managed to get some great shots!   Yesterday we got to enjoy Maddon's first Christmas program at his pre-school.  They are so precious!

Colbie getting in on the fun....she loves all the lights!

The finished product...it's kind of hard to tell in the picture but it's purple and silver decorations to represent TCU in the Rose Bowl!!!
Driving the old fashion fire truck with Colbie and Grampy!

Maddon was making siren noises and was quite serious about going to fight the fire!
