4Th of July in Austin, TX

For the 4th of July I took Mom and Dad to Austin so I could see my Uncle Andy and Aunt Emily. I also wanted to see my cousins - we had such a great time! There was lots of swimming, BBQ, fireworks, playing, and hanging out! We got to meet my new cousin...Preston, he is so beautiful! I had a good time running around with Caroline and Lucy...thanks for sharing all your toys with me! Thanks for having us...we had a great time!
Preston is only 1 month old, and he is already so much better looking than his Dad. He might be just as strong too. Preston and I are gonna be good friends.
Here is my cousin Lucy cooling off by dipping her toes in the pool. She was so good at the slip-n-slide. Hi Lucy.
Caroline is such a good big sister. Always offering to hold her little brother. She showed me around the house and taught me some good hiding places.
Dad is trying to teach me how to ride a bike. So much fun.
All weekend I sat in a big boy chair to eat my meals. I don't know what all the fuss is about - I mean, I am a big boy.
Washing my hands at Rudy's...it's like a jacuzzi for your hands.
Here's my Uncle Andy. I love him eventhough he isn't as strong, as fast, or as good looking as my Dad.
Slip-n-Slide...are you kidding me? This was the coolest thing I have ever seen.
We went to Lake Austin and fed the ducks, turtles, swans, birds, fish, etc. Oh, and Lucy ate a bunch of bread too.
Here I am with Mom and my 2 cousins Lucy and Caroline. I loved Austin and can't wait to come back.

After such a long weekend I slept the entire way home. What a great 4th of July weekend it was.

Swimming at Nana and Grandpa's

Recently we went to Nana and Grandpa's house. We had a lot of fun and Mom and Dad said they liked going over there because the get a chance to relax a little bit. I got to swim and we pretty much played for the entire weekend. I love going to Nana and Grandpa's - never a dull moment.
I wanted to dive in but Dad wouldn't let me. He said that I was so big I might hit my head on the bottom of the pool.
Here I am about to jump off the diving board. I mastered the cannonball before the end of the day.Grandpa said that if I wanted to enjoy the pool that I also had to do my chores. Me and Dad are cleaning the skimmers.
Here's my freestyle stroke...I missed Beijing 2008 but I'm aiming for London 2012.Time out from the diving and swimming for family photos...ugh.
Me and Dad goofing around on the diving board.
Resting and warming up with Mom. Dad sure is fun, but Mom is the best when it comes to cuddling.
Don't ask me why, but I thought it might be funny to put my spaghetti o's all over my face and head. Also, I discovered the miracle of watermelon...it's one of my favorites.Bye bye for now...see you soon

Happy Birthday

I had my first birthday party over the weekend and invited all of my friends and family to help me celebrate. A lot of my friends came over and we played all day. Also, Grammy, Grandpa, Nana, Grandpa Schulz, and my Aunts and Uncles all came over. I even got to see my cousins Caroline and Lucy from Austin. I hope my 2nd birthday is as fun as my first. Thank you to everyone for celebrating with me. Here are some pictures from the festivites...

My First Haircut!

Despite Mommy and Daddy being ready for my first haircut it was long overdue. I could be classified by some as having a full blown mullet! It was hard to sit still while Aunt Sarah worked her magic to make me look snazzy! When all was said and done I think my after shot is much more handsome than my before shot...don't I look so grown up!!!

Look how well behaved I am!!!!!
Mommy gave me cookies to help keep me focused!!!
Almost done!!!!!!!
I did not care for the comb at all.....
keep that thing away from me!!!!

The after shot of my new doo!!!!!
