Look how big I am!!!

I want to apologize for my lack of blog entries lately, but I do have some valid excuses. As you can see in my most recent pics I have been a very busy 3 month old. I sometimes can't believe what all I've done the last few weeks myself. I have seen many friends and even visited with both sets of Grandparents. I met my Aunt Jackie for the first time. I got to go to the Zoo with my 2 cousins, Lucy and Caroline. Hope you enjoy the pictures! I can't wait for everyone to see how big I have gotten!

4th of July

I was really excited for my first 4th of July. Daddy told me all about the parades, the cookouts, and the fireworks. To start the day off, we went to a parade. I had a long night so I slept right through the parade - I was pretty disappointed to miss out. After that we went over to our friends house for a cookout and to swim.Playing on my little activity gym before we went to the party. This is my "serious pose", Dad calls it blue steel and then he starts laughing everytime he says it.
This is my confused posed. I really was a little confused why my mom kept taking pictures of me - She's so funny.
Here's me and Dad swimming. I got a new bathing suit that is pretty cool. I liked swimming and I can't wait for next time - Dad said I was gonna get to go under water.
Here I am doing the backstroke. I didn't need any help but Dad insisted. ps - Nice tan line Dad.
This is my mom's friend Ann. She was an orphan growing up but she met Dad's friend Stephen and he took her out of the slums. Dad calls her Yukon Gold but I don't know what that means. Anyways, I like Ann because she lets me swim in her pool and it's always fun at her house. I can't wait to go back to their house pretty soon.
After a long day of swimming here I am resting with Dad. I guess I accidentally slept through the fireworks. I guess I'll have to wait for next year.
Here's me and Dad at the Fort Worth Zoo. Can you see the white tiger in the background? The tigers were my favorite - I really wanted to see a liger but Mom says that those are only in the movies.

Grammyville

Well, Grammy came to Texas last week and it sure was an exciting time. We went to Grapevine Mills Mall, Northpark Mall, Northeast Mall, Hulen Mall, Ridgmar Mall, and The Galleria. Dad said that I need to get a job and stop doing all this shopping. Mom and Grammy said that I needed to learn how to shop so I could pick out cool clothes unlike my Dad. We managed to squeeze in some playtime and Grammy sure does like to read books. I'm looking forward to going to St. Louis next week. It will be my first plane ride and I can't wait.
Just hanging out on my boppy. I'm starting to smile and laugh at my Mommie - she thinks I'm pretty funny.
Here we are - first family photo. Dad's a pro with the 10 second delay.
Playtime with Dad and Daisy. We like the activity gym so much - actually I don't know who likes it more...Daisy or me.
I had a very special visitor last week. Here is me and Emma's Dad. We call him Uncle Burgundy for some reason but I really like him. He said we would have a heart-to-heart at a later date regarding dating his daughter.
Hanging out in my room with Mom and Grammy.
After all that playtime and meeting so many new people it was time to take a nap. This is about 1/2 second before I fell asleep.

I think my Mom and Dad are settling down a little bit. The other day they left me with my Aunt Sarah and went to the Colonial - some parents they are. Oh, and then a couple days later I stayed with my Nana and Aunt Marian while Mom and Dad went to dinner to celebrate their anniversary. I'm not even gonna tell you about when they had friends over on Saturday and I met my Daddy's friends - that Brad has crazy hair, and stinks too. Anyways, here are some pictures from the last couple weeks. See you soon. Me and Mom hanging out on my "activity gym". Usually the only activity I do here is sleep - I try to stay awake but the lights and music make me too sleepy.
Here's me and my Nana and Aunt Marian playing while my parents went to dinner. I can't believe they had the nerve to leave me.
Sometimes after I eat I just like to rest for a minute with Mom. She's pretty cool.

I really like bath time. I'm a little bit nervous about swallowing the soapy water but I don't think it will be that bad - at least that's what Mom says.

This is my first pair of pants - EVER. Dad says I look like a little man but I'm only 1 month old. Well my cargo pants were pretty cool no matter how old I am.

I love my Mommy - I think she is the most beautiful woman in the whole world. Here's my Dad's friend Brad. My Dad says he is funny and a nice guy...he says I will really like him - my mom says she isn't sure if I am allowed to hang out with him.

My Dad and I like to hang out and be silly. Here we are watching ESPN Classic - Super Bowl 27 from 1992. We are holding up four fingers before the beginning of the 4th quarter. The Cowboys beat the Bills 52-17 and Dad keeps telling me that was the beginning of a dynasty. He said we can watch the other Cowboy SuperBowl wins next week...I can't wait. He also said that I have cousins that are Eagles fans - I seriously doubt that.

To Sleep or not to Sleep...that is the question

Everyone tells me that babies should sleep pretty much all day. Well, I don't like sleeping that much - especially at night. It's pretty fun to hang out with my Mom and Dad in the middle of the night. They are so nice, even when I am screaming they still take really good care of me.

Well, I have grown up a lot since you guys saw me last - I'm taking real baths now instead of just sponge baths and I even stayed up the other night to watch the 2 hour season finale of 24. Well, I hope you like my pictures - I'll talk to you soon.
Here's my first photoshoot - I didn't pee on the "set" (twice), I swear. Also, I think Mom and Dad could use some photography lessons.
My Dad just told a funny joke and I am laughing so hard that I can't even keep my eyes open. I'm sure I would've laughed so hard that I cried but I don't make tears yet.
Here's me and my Dad hanging out on the couch. He says I'm growing so fast but I don't know.
Showing a little love to the Frogs. TCU is pretty much my favorite school - I can't wait for football season.
